1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be in original, unworn condition and in the original packaging. Some personalized items may not be returnable.
2. How can I start a return procedure?
To start a return process, follow these steps:

- Prepare the package with the jewelry to be returned in the original packaging, including the return form provided by customer service.
- Send the package to the address indicated by our customer service. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the package arrives at its destination.
3. Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (for example, receiving a defective or incorrect item). In this case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
